Refund & Return Policy

At EHB Honō we want you to love your anime gear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and in its original condition

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned in the original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return shipping address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@ehbhono.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or use

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, contact us before sending it back.


Exchanges

Need a different size or design?

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must still meet the return eligibility conditions listed above.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
